scope
To provide a suite of tables incorporating perimeter Ochno technology
Workbench was commissioned to design a suite of tables incorporating the innovative Ochno technology from Bachmann. Chosen for their ability to deliver a cohesive design language across all American Express European sites, Workbench's design brief required a versatile table perimeter solution. This solution needed to allow users to connect via USB-C ports integrated into the table's edge—not only for power, but also for seamless AV screen presentations. Ochno technology enables a single USB port to switch between power and AV functions, providing a streamlined, multi-functional user experience. For this project the Orbital table was specifically designed for export by Workbench, with on-site installation carried out by their in-house team. As the first table to incorporate Ochno technology in the table edge, the Orbital table is now available as part of the standard Workbench Collections.
