Specification requires speed and accuracy. When you find the right furniture for a commercial space, you need the right digital files immediately to test it in your scheme. Searching for product downloads should never slow down your workflow.

At Workbench, we keep things simple. We provide accessible product resources for specification designed to help you work faster. Whether you need a 2D footprint or a complex BIM model, we make our files easy to find and use.

Here is exactly where to find Workbench downloads and how to choose the right format for your project.

Access Files on Product Pages

If you are browsing our furniture collections and find a specific piece you want to specify, you can get the files right there.

Navigate to any individual product page on the Workbench website. Scroll past the product specifications and imagery to find the downloads section. Here, you will see all available downloadable product files for that specific item. Simply click to download the format you need.

This route is fast and direct when you are focused on a single product.

Use the Central Design File Library

If you are working on a large fit-out and need assets for multiple products, use our central design file library.

We provide a direct Dropbox link that gives you immediate access to our complete archive of CAD files, 3D models, and specification guides. The folders are logically categorised by product collection, making it easy to grab everything you need in one go.

This central hub is the most efficient option for technical design teams and specifiers building out a comprehensive furniture schedule.

Choose the Right Format

Using the right file type saves time and avoids unnecessary conversion work. We offer multiple formats because different stages of a project require different tools.

Here is a quick guide to choosing the right file:

  • DWG files: Use these 2D vector files for space planning. They provide the exact footprint needed to test layouts and check clearances in AutoCAD.

  • STEP files: Choose these for 3D visualising. As a universal 3D format, STEP files import cleanly into rendering software like SketchUp or Rhino to help you create client presentations.

  • Revit files: Select these (.RFA) for Building Information Modelling (BIM). They contain intelligent metadata, including dimensions and materials, ensuring seamless coordination in your master project model.

Making Specification Easier

A successful project relies on good communication and efficient processes. By offering unrestricted access to our product downloads, we remove the friction from your specification journey.

Our library is designed to be a practical, working resource that you can access 24/7. Having the right file at the right time helps you specify our furniture with confidence and keeps your project moving forward.
